These shoes are so cute but run very big I ordered a 5.5 but it definitely looks like a 7. Bummer, I really liked these1 star because of the flats, but customer service wise, I give them 4 Stars, the flats were returned and refunded and was not charge for return. I bought a size up, I usually get a 9.5 US and I got a 10 just to be safe. I got them because they are beautiful, they are an attractive red they look like they can give me the confidence boost I need for certain situations and occasions and it is why I bough them. I had to go to court, so for a confidence boost I decided to wear them and be fabulous. I took an extra pair of old flats as a just in case, thank god I went with my gut! I get to the court house parking lot and walk to the court, less than 10 minute walk. I live in FL it is hot but it is still not as hot since it is only 10:30 AM. When I get into the court the back of my heels were already blood red and felt like they were in flames! I was early so I decided to walk back to the car since the pain started and i refused to continue with the shoes. In total i was less than 25 minutes with the shoes and i had to take them off! The next day I had two huge bubbles on my heels and the day after two gaping holes from the scrape. I would put the pictures but it is just too horrible. I wanted them to work so much! Like the show itself was even loose on me but because everything is leather, it just destroyed the back of my heels. So if you have sensitive skin be aware!I like the look and they fit nicely. What little time that I have had them they have been quite comfortable. My problem is with the straps. If this is quick release then someone needs to look up the dictionary definition of quick. I found the straps very difficult to adjust and even harder to get hooked into position properly. Then there was the process of getting them unhooked! This does not work one handed and I had a very difficult time getting the strap off even with two hands. I can;t see the hook with both hands in the way and then it twists and digs into my skin as I attempt to release it. it is just a poor design. This is too bad as otherwise I liked these shoes a great deal.These are awesome SHOES. Cathe quick release button is awesome. It truly gives me an adjustable fit.I usually wear a 9 but they dont sell half sizes so i ordered a 10. The shoe fits great on the ankle because of the strap, but the front is wide, and i dont even have narrow feet. I feel like my toes are swimming in them but Im trying to decide if i can work with this though. The 9 would have definitely been too small*****update*****The wide toe is perfect. When we walk on uneven streets, etc, our feet can move or push forward in the shoe, causing discomfort to the toes and even sides of the feet, but the space in these shoes were perfect to remedy that. I actually felt weird not having any discomfort at all in a pair of shoes.These shoes are totally awesome!!!!I ordered another pair in metallic black. I couldn't live without a comfy pair of black shoes. They can be dressed up or down.These are pretty comfortable especially for a pointed toe. I have wide feet and there are very few pointed toe shoes I can wear so this is a huge plus. They can get sticky in hot weather, but that's a common challenge for women's shoes. I find the buckle to be difficult to latch sometimes. I get compliments on these every time I wear them. The angle of the strap and toe box is very flattering. They are very versatile.These shoes are amazing and I get so many compliments on them! They are great quality for the money. One of the best parts of the shoe is the quick release buckle. No more struggling to buckle the shoes, just slip it into the clip...it's great!For me the size was very accurate but my toes naturally come to a point. If you don't have pointed toes you'd probably want to order a 1/2 size larger.Great buy!!!They are really cute BUT the quick strap is really difficult to use. IF you have any trouble bending like a pretzel (have a tummy) forget it. I struggle to get these attached. If you have help great, if you don't reconsider.Update: I forgot to mention that one of the shoes really squeaks, just the right one. I walk down halls and it is really annoying. I've worn them twice and no change after breaking them in.Also my baby toes are on fire after 8 hours in these shoes.Edit: customer service reached out and sent me a new pair right away. Their customer service is really great and I haven't had any issues with the new pair. Changed my review to 4 stars.I was really happy when I first received these shoes, they were very cute and comfortable. However, the first day I wore them, the buckle broke on the strap so now I can no longer wear them. I wasn't expecting the quality to be so low, I wouldn't recommend them.Tan, pointed flats are hard to get on the high street right now so I had to splurge on these. They’re true to size and aren’t too narrow for my wide feet. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that they’re quite painful to break in (but that doesn’t take long). Also, my little toes would catch in the gap between the toe box and toe strap. Other than that they are pretty much my daily go-to shoes for the office ??I order size 7 which is 40, they brought size 6.7 to smallReally beautiful & a great value
